Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) are an agreement between AA MedEd LLC (“AA MedEd”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) and you (“User”, “you”, or “your”). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions governing your use of the AA MedEd website, mobile application, courses, and any related products or services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Enrollment and Payment

1.1. By enrolling in any AA MedEd course, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process.

1.2. You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your enrollment as specified by AA MedEd.

1.3. All course fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by AA MedEd.

1.4. Enrollment is personal to the registered user and may not be transferred, shared, assigned, or resold to any other individual.

2. Course Content

2.1. The educational content provided by AA MedEd is intended solely for examination preparation and educational purposes. It does not constitute medical, legal, or professional advice.

2.2. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, share, publish, record, download, transmit, or otherwise make available any course materials without prior written consent from AA MedEd.

2.3. AA MedEd reserves the right to update, modify, replace, or remove course content at any time without prior notice.

3. Access and Usage

3.1. Access to course content is granted only for the duration specified at the time of enrollment.

3.2. When attending live classes, webinars, mock examinations, or other online sessions, you must use your registered name exactly as provided during enrollment. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the session and/or termination of access without refund.

3.3. You agree not to misuse, interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Services.

4. Device and Access Restrictions

4.1. Each subscription is licensed to a single registered user and may be used on only one approved device.

4.2. Once activated, access may be permanently linked to a specific device at the sole discretion of AA MedEd.

4.3. Screen recording, screen mirroring, screenshotting (where disabled), content capture, account sharing, credential sharing, or any attempt to circumvent security measures is strictly prohibited.

4.4. Access may be monitored through device identifiers, login activity, IP addresses, and other security mechanisms.

4.5. Any violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access without prior notice or refund.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All content provided through the Services, including but not limited to videos, question banks, mock examinations, presentations, graphics, logos, images, software, text, and educational materials, remains the exclusive property of AA MedEd LLC and its licensors.

5.2. No ownership rights are transferred to users through enrollment or access to the Services.

5.3. Users may not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, sell, sublicense, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content provided by AA MedEd.

6. Termination

6.1. AA MedEd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services at any time if it reasonably believes that these Terms have been violated.

6.2. Upon termination, all rights granted to the user immediately cease.

6.3. No refund shall be provided where access is terminated due to a breach of these Terms.

7. Amendments

7.1. AA MedEd reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time.

7.2. Continued use of the Services following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

8.1. AA MedEd does not guarantee examination success, certification, employment, or any specific academic or professional outcome.

8.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AA MedEd LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Services.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
